We want to work on interesting projects with talented and committed artists.  We would never tell a musician there is only one way to play a song anymore than we would say that one price fits all sizes.  Our rates are fair and reasonable.  We are friendly and easy to work with.  If you want to record at SoniQual - be nice or leave. 

So, how much?  Our standard rate for one engineer is $75/hr, with a two hour minimum.  Depending on the number of instruments and the desired format, an assistant engineer may also be necessary.  A second engineer will be billed at $45/hr. The first hour of editing and mixing is also $75/hr.  Thereafter, editing and mixing is normally charged at $85/hr. or as negotiated.  We are pleased to quote project flat-rate or per song rates, depending on the number and nature of tracks.  We accept cash, AMEX, Visa or Mastercard.  Sorry, we don't accept personal checks.
